Samm Praya Mountain Houses 

Samm Praya is a brand new project nearby Tropical GardenVillage and with a beautifull view on the mountains around and also near a small lake.

It is also situated near the coming Disneyland Thailand, of wich we can be certain for 90 % it is coming to Hua Hin.

In this project you have a choice of  4 types of houses.

The Diamand - the Emerald - the Topaz and the Opal.

Anyway we are always trying to satisfy the customer. So if you want to change the plan or just build another plan please take contact with us and we would be pleased to satisfy you.

There is always a European kitchen, airconditioning in the bedrooms, a garden and a swimming pool included with  the Diamond, the Emerald and the Topaz. For the Opal it is optional.

The plots are from 372 m² up to 512 m²

The houses are from 120 m² up to 249 m².

We started alreeady the building of the showhouse - A Diamond. This house will be finish around february 2007   but you are welcome to visit it now.
